Returning from the Holidays with a Rare All Out Rave for 37 Actives

There’s nothing like the excitement of discovering a new, truly wonderful product. But having that happen the day before I return to my blogging post after a long winter break really brings it. And it happened. Over the holiday, thumbing through an issue of Elle, and maybe it was a new issue and maybe it was an older one; I can’t find the date on the page I swiped and promptly underlined. Because it came bearing really, really good news: good products work. And they’re worth the money. Says who? Dr. Macrene, the Harvard Phd Geneticist derm doc who stands to make a lot more money through pricey, interventional procedures than through promoting yet another anti-aging cream. However science is said to be religion, adhering to the beliefs we have evidence for: and her gospel is that good ingredients every day starting in your thirties (pause for celebration) = better results than plastic surgery, Botox, fillers, etc. You don’t believe me! So here’s the proof:

So you heard it from her, and she’s … slightly qualified to make the statement. So convinced was I that I called for immediate resources, in the form of a jar of 37 Actives. I have heard about and seen the brand around for what seems like quite some time, and now I could kick myself for not looking into it sooner. It has all the immediate results I have always dreamed the right face cream would: firming, tightening, glow-enducing, deeply moisturizing with zero oiliness, great under makeup, and finishes into the skin perfectly (no annoying pilling, clumping, or flaking). I’m blown away by this cream. It has no added fragrance and it is slightly reminiscent of the vitamin jar in smell, but it is in no way adverse. Perfume is for fragrance, anyway. The texture is awesome. It’s thick and almost gel-like but like a  buttery cream at the same time.

And it contains her key skin rejuvenation ingredients discovered through her research, and many of the ingredients are hard to come by in products. Even if you did find products to use together that included all fifty ingredients in a jar of 37 Actives, it would be way too much money, time, and goop on your face. Here’s the stated list of benefits from the website:
