Ellis Faas is one of those makeup lines that could genuinely replace all other makeup lines due to it being so comprehensive in its variety of finishes, looks and pigments and its superiority of formula. It’s the brainchild of the namesake founder, Ellis Faas, from the Netherlands, who Vogue Paris cited as”one of the most influential make-up artists of her time.” Enough said. I constantly adore the products in the Ellis Faas line, one by one as I learn about them. But when I first saw the Ellis Faas Lights Collection, I was lost in steady gasps for one very long Southern moment. I have posted several different pictures to try to capture this gasp-worthy beauty contained in these colors for the eyes and face. They are multi-faceted, dense, and prismatically light reflecting in absolutely gorgeous colors. They come in five shades, but I am focusing here…
These three are perfect Holiday eyes in a second. I love a little sparkle in the deep of winter too, and these glide on, dry fast, and set like superstars wearing long, and enduring throughout the day or night.

The Ellis Faas Lipsticks are some of best formulas on the market today, period. They have several different finish options (glazed, milky, creamy, and hot – a true pigment powerhouse collection) and an array of colors so diverse that it seems it would take decades to wear and know them all. Right now, with the season in mind, I love three power-lip shades:
Top, Ellis Faas Creamy Lips L103, a true deep brick red with a slight sheen.
Middle, Ellis Faas Creamy Lips L104, a magenta going purple, creamy with some sheen.
Bottom, Ellis Faas Glazed Lips in L303, a high shine berry red with sheer buildable pigment.
Ready for the best part? The tubes look and feel like long bullets, have the brushes and applicators built in, and can even be linked and belted like bullets with accessory clips available for purchase. Can it get any more fun?
